Answer:
When using a blue color in your design, there is the possibility that it will look more like a purple after it prints.
To prevent this, always be sure to leave at least a 30% difference in your Cyan and Magenta values.
Blue is close to purple in the CMYK color spectrum. You should use a lower amount of magenta whenever using higher amounts of cyan to avoid purple.
